Once you have landed, simply head through passport control, collect the luggage if you have checked in any, and the driver will contact you on your mobile directly or through Whatsapp if you have an international mobile phone. Once you have collected your luggage and are ready to be picked up, you can contact the driver and he will make his way inside the Short stay car park and inform you where exactly he will be meeting you in the car park.
Note: The driver will wait outside the terminal for your call and will only make his way into the terminal’s car park once you have informed him that you have collected your luggage and you are making your way out to arrivals. This will take the driver around 10-15 minutes, so when he knows your luggage has been collected he will make his way into the terminal in order to meet you when you come out. This is to avoid additional parking charges as if the driver parks inside the terminal way before you come out, there will be additional parking charges that will have to be paid. This saves you having to pay the additional charges and makes sure that the driver comes to meet you when you are ready.
