You can book the cab by a phone call or through the app. As soon the cab is booked, you'll receive a text with the driver's ID and the type of car. The cab can be tracked the driver via the app. I couldn't be happy with the service, great experience. - Ailura AV

Very impressed with the service as they sent me a text to confirm my booking shortly after I booked it. On the day I was being travelling they sent me a message to let me know the driver was on his way and there was a link so I could check the driver’s location.
